Post-Exam Warehouse visit

I went for the Post-Exam Warehouse visit today. In the morning, i had to go to Hougang Mall to purchase the SD card to put in to the video-cam. I am scared that i will be late as we have to be there at 1.30pm sharp. But luckily, i manage to get there early because of the little flow of traffic and speed of the bus. We went to the SHH warehouse for visit, they brief us about the flow of the warehouse and type of machines/objects they used. It was stuffy in there. Then they took us to tour around their warehouse( place they kept the flammable objects, holding stocks...), i used my video-cam to capture their warehouse and record down the presentations given by their staff. This trip teaches us a lot of things mainly on warehouse management and i think this trip will be beneficial to us in the future as we do our projects ^.^

Break Time

21 August 2008 (Thursday)

I have finally finished my 3 exams and today is the last paper. I am so happy ^.^ because now is the start of my vacation. I am a bit worried about my papers as i am not good in memorizing so i am not confident in my theory scores. But everything will go well i guess.

Today, we have planned a class outing trip to Sentosa straight after our exams so as to release stress and get together, as some of our classmates are going to Wuhan(China) for study trip with duration of 6 weeks. But unfortunately, the heaven is not on our side, it rains when we are planning to set off to Sentosa. Therefore, we have a change of plans. We went to watch movie( Love guru ) at the cineleisure. Frankingly speaking, it is my first time going to Cineleisure, haha. While waiting for the Andy and KY to come from Queensway, we planned Darts. It is pretty interesting and challenging. My accuracy is not good and i am a slow learner. The time spent playing is very enjoyable and we had a lot of laughs. After that, we went to Time Zone to play. When Andy and KY finally arrived, we went to purchase the tickets and watch them. Then, finally it is the time to go home as everyone is tired already.

I went to Compass point to have my dinner, then went to see my friends ^.^ and ask around whether there is a vacancy for part-timers because i have 7 weeks of holidays and i want to earn some pocket money^.^. I am very sleepy now, yawn. Good Night people and Sweet Dreams!

Olympic Moments

Today is already Beiling Olympic Games 2008 day 9. What i am waiting for is tonight match, Table Tennis( Women's Table Tennis Team Final - China vs Singapore ), live on channel 5 at 7.30 pm. ^.^

Speaking of that, my exams are approaching, haiz, must work harder. But i must watch tonight show, haha.

I went to church in the evenings as usual, then we went to pizza hut to takeaway so that i will be able to watch the match. I have pizzas for my dinner, the new StarZbiTs cheese extreme, it is very delicious, yum yum.

The Final-match 1 will be Feng T.W( Singapore) VS Wang Nam( China)
Game 1 - 11 vs 9

Game 4 - 6 vs 11

I am disappointed in the game 2 as singapore keeps losing a lot of points and it is continous. From the speakers, we know that Feng T.W is only 21 years old while Wang Nam is 30 years old. And Wang Nam is ranked in the world as good players as she is very skilful and makes no/little mistakes. But i think Feng T.W will be able to learn from this game because of the difference in skill and tactics.

The Final-match 2 will be Li Jia Wei( Singapore) VS Zhang Y.N( China)

The Final-match 3 will be Li Jia Wei and Wang Gu Yue( Singapore) VS Zhang Yi ning and Guo Yue(China)

Then finally is the victory ceremony of Table Tennis Team Women, in the third place is the korea team, second is SINGAPORE TEAM and first is china team. Then they play the national anthem of China. I am glad that Singapore has won itself a medal ^.^ Haiz, time to go and study

Olympic Moments

I am having my study break now till the 18 August. Today, I spent my afternoon watching the channel 5 Beijing Olympic 2008, Table Tennis( Women's Team Semi-Final: Singapore Vs South Korea). It was very exciting because if Singapore team won this match, they will be able to proceed to the finals, let alone earning a sliver or gold medal for Singapore. This will be the very first Olympic medal that Singapore will win since 48 years ago.

The Semi-match 1 will be Feng T.W( Singapore) VS Dang Y.S( S.Korea)
Game 1 - 11 vs 5
Game 2 - 11 vs 5
Game 3 - 11 vs 2

The Semi-match 2 will be Li Jia Wei( Singapore) VS Kim K.A( S.Korea)
Game 1 - 11 vs 5
Game 2 - 8 vs 11
Game 3 - 11 vs 9
Game 4 - 6 vs 11
Game 5 - 9 vs 11

Li Jia Wei has done a lot of heavy spinning which causes her to lose a lot of marks, while Kim K.A generally uses 90% of the balls to defence and 10% of the balls to attack.

The Semi-match 3 will be Li Jia Wei and Wang Yue Gu( Singapore) VS Kim K.A and Park M.Y( S.Korea)

In the 3rd game, Singapore's team continously lose 4 points. This makes the audience have cold sweats( i mean scared), but they eventually catch up and turn the tables over.

The Semi-match 4 will be Wang Yue Gu( Singapore) VS Dong Y.S( S.Korea)

Game 3 - 9 vs 11

In the 2nd game, they continue to compete until the 5th game point, i had to admire Wang Yue Gu for her perservance.

The Semi-match 5 will be Feng Tian Wei( Singapore) VS Park Mi Young( S.Korea)

Game 4 - 11 vs 9

Singapore Team have to win at least 3 semi-final matches to proceed to the finals and they did ^.^ I am so happy and i will be cheering for them in the finals on channel 5 at 7.30pm. (if i am not wrong)

Later at night around 7.45pm, i went to church to celebrate the Feast of the Assumption with my cousins ^.^ I have a eventful day today.

I have to start studying hard for my tests today as there will be only 3 days left to the start of the purchasing management exam. Ganbatte!
